[Copenhagen, 5th March 2026] — Bemakers, the European direct beverage distribution platform, has acquired Dutch importer and distributor Jolie Imports. The transaction forms Bemakers Netherlands and reinforces the company’s presence in the Netherlands and the wider Benelux region.
The acquisition signals the start of Bemakers’ broader European expansion, as the company continues to scale its direct distribution platform and infrastructure across the continent.

Bemakers operates as one integrated platform across the distribution value chain — managing excise, customs and VAT, warehousing and fulfilment, alongside the in-market commercial infrastructure required to scale brands, including CRM and sales capabilities. By aligning these elements within one coordinated European setup, Bemakers creates a seamless route to market.

The Bemakers Netherlands team will focus on trade sales, working directly with on- and off-trade customers to build and grow brands in the market. To further strengthen its local presence, Bemakers will launch Trade by Bemakers in April — a European beverage wholesale platform giving Dutch trade customers direct access to a broad portfolio of international brands. Last-mile delivery will be handled by Bemakers Delivery, ensuring a seamless and reliable route from warehouse to customer.
The establishment of Bemakers Netherlands marks a key milestone, laying the foundation for the company’s next phase of growth and further strengthening a more connected and efficient distribution ecosystem for independent beverage brands and importers across Europe.
