Do I need to find a European Tax/ Financial representative to sell in Europe via Bemakers?

No, you do not. All of that is taken care of by Bemakers as per the market we operate in. No additional setup or monthly costs will be incurred for legal setup or handling. It’s all part of your monthly subscription.

Do I need to establish my own company in Europe?

No, you do not. Bemakers handles all of that in the markets where we operate.

Do I need to adapt my packaging for the European market?

Yes, if you sell alcohol in glass bottles, there is a maximum volume of 700 ml. Therefore, do not ship 750 ml bottles as they cannot be sold. Additionally, there are national rules and requirements for labels, recycling registrations, and fees. All of this is handled by Bemakers.
